We've designed the following products for your use at your next meeting. All programs include Power Point presentation, including course leader notes, timed agenda, and synopsis with learning objectives.  Hand-outs are easy to copy so that your audience will have a relevant take-away.  All you have to do is provide the instructor (or engage Elise) and file with your state for continuing education credits.  For most state filings, all you'll have to add is the application form and intructor's/presenter's biography.

1. "Ethical Values" : A one hour program focusing on values held by ethical pesons, including case studies on how we apply those values to real-life situations.. 

2.  "Ethics and the Insurance Professional:  Making a Difference" :  This 3 hour program explores how good ethics are good business and how professionals can contribute to an ethical culture.

3.  "A Question of Ethics:  The Real Meaning of Ethical Behavior"  This seminar looks at the history of Ethics within the insurance industry.  Attendees review and discuss several case studies of day to day situations and find ways of dealing with problematic issues in an ethical manner.  The second part of the seminar looks at personal values with an in-depth discussion of personal responsibility and the individual’s role in ethical behavior.

4.  “The Three R’s of Ethics:  Respect, Right, and Responsibility”  Ethical behavior is driven by distinct traits.  Three of these traits are respect, right and responsibility.  In this seminar, attendees will analyze why these traits are important and how they impact ethical decisions. Attendees discuss how these traits are the basis for moral courage in the face of difficult dilemmas. 

4.  "Business Etiquette:  The Dining Experience" : Developed with Freida Penick, this program is designed to teach proper etiquette when dining.  Following this course, you will feel more confident in any business meal setting.  NOTE:  since this course does not include technical insurance information, continuing education credits will most likely be declined.
